I love roasted veggies. I didn’t grow up eating brussels sprouts so I never had them. When I went to Mastro’s Steakhouse I ordered it and I instantly fell in love. I like to broil mines at 500* for about 20-30 minutes. I also love bell peppers and zucchini. As a combo they all taste great together. I take the brussels sprouts out first and leave the zucchini and peppers on there. Then I take the zucchini out and leave the peppers until they are chard. The zucchini came from my Aunt Ruth’s garden and it was massive. It was so good. I grilled shrimp with mines. My dream is to have a vegetable garden like she does in my backyard. Dreams do come true so one day. xoxo

YESSSSSSSSS to gardens! It’s so much healthier for us, and convenient at the same time. I will have one as well whenever I buy a home.
