My baby loves fried chicken. I don’t like us eating out a lot so I decided to make it for her myself. Hope you guys enjoy.
Clean your meat with lemon and vinegar. Season your meat and flour generously.
Dip in scrambled eggs followed by a dip in your flour. Then it’s on to the frying pan of vegetable oil.
Chicken takes a while to fry so leave that on medium -high heat and start on the sides.
I cooked corn, asparagus and spinach mixed.
I made fresh mashed potatoes with bacon, chives and sour cream.
drain chicken on paper towels.

So I got these “So Kate” heels By Christian Louboutin and boy did they burn. I had to return them. Pigalles are way more comfy in my opinion. I took some pics to show you guys a up close look on the So Kates vs the Pigalles.
As you can see the So Kate heels are skiner but not nesacearliy taller than the Pigalle.

The So Kates point is a bit longer than the Piaglles. I prefer the shorter point.
I was so in love with the So Kates when I first received them but after careful observation and that burn, I decided I’m a “Pigalle Girl” all the way. What your choice out of the two?

Crab cake benedict is one of my favorite meals. I recreated my version of the recipe from the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. I tried to make the hollandaise sauce from scratch, but I still need to perfect it. Hollandaise recipe here.
I made it the way I prefer but you’re free to change it around.
So here’s what I did. I used flat bread, then I made an egg over medium instead of a poached egg. I layered it with the flat bread, spinach, crab cake, egg and topped it with hollandaise sauce and sprinkled a little cayenne pepper on top. It was that easy!
