Dress : F21 |  Heels : Valentino | Lipstick: Milani. So who ses you have to spend a ton of money to look nice for a party. This dress was $12.99 at Forever 21 and I love it. It even has a zipper detail on the side so you know it’s nice. I plan on getting this one as well here. I will probably take this to the cleaners and wear a cami underneath for church sometimes. If you are at Target or anywhere and want to buy a cute outfit, buy it. Who cares where its from just rock it. xoxo
