This is what I wore to the airport a couple weeks ago. It’s always so cold on the plane so I always make sure I pack socks and a pair of flats. I love wearing heels because at work I can’t.

On another note I was thinking of taking the music off of my site. What do you think?

 I spent my 4th of July with my family. We had a ball lighting up fireworks, (they’re legal where we were) eating the best homemade food and laughing out loud. We were suppose to be going to Raging Waters but my oldest baby ditched us to go watch the fireworks in Malibu with her god parents. I hope you had a safe and fun holiday.

 Young ladies I would like to talk to you about the importance of good credit. I have some readers in college and when you’re in college they try to offer student loans, credit cards, etc. If you need the money to live on or for books then this is ok. I know it seems so great, a $500 limit to do whatever you please, but trust me don’t accumulate any bills right now other than for your schooling. Credit is very important in life and sometimes can be more valuable than money (cash). I purchased my first home at 22 and this was mainly on credit. Ladies keep your credit good and then skies the limit for when you’re ready for that real purchase that matters (like a house). 

P.S I’m so sad right now :(. Every year my husband and I visit Hawaii (alternating between Maui and Honolulu) for the 4th of July but we had to postpone . He will make it up to me for sure.:) The Grand Wailea Hotel is one of my favorites. See you soon Hawaii.

Happy 4th of July!

This is my favorite top! It’s been so hot where I live. Today it will be a pipping 98*. This weekend hopefully my friends and I can cool off at  the nearest water park cause I’m really a big kid that loves to have fun with my babies. What do you guys do to stay cool?

I had wonderful weekend away that I’ve been waiting six long months to come. Sometimes I feel soo happy and  then feel that my happiness can be snatched right from under me. I’m always the one telling everyone to stay positive but lately it’s been soo hard for me. I haven’t had much to say lately cause I’ve been trying not to complain. Instead I constantly say to myself thank you God for all the blessings I do have. I also thank God, my parents and my real friends for keeping me grounded. They help me always realizie what’s important in life. 

Thought: It’s so hard to say good-bye…

 Good morning. Hope all is well with everyone. A couple days ago my little brother went to Atlanta for five days and from there he will be going to AFRICA for three weeks!!! I am so proud of him. He’s going to study business with other students  from different states and did I mention he’s only 16. He’s so smart and he’s a hard worker. He wants to be a lawyer and I know he will do it. I spoil him cause he’s like my first love before I had my babies so where ever we go he goes. Although I’m happy for him I miss him sooooooo much. It’s only been a couple of days and I’m already sick. Brother when you read this just know I love you and I pray for God to protect you on your journey across the world. This will be an experience of a lifetime!!!!

 I went to my last wedding of the year today and this bride went out with a bang! Laila was the flower girl and she was honored:). This wedding was beautiful and everyone there treated us like family. We popped champagne cause we had Jose (the waiter)
who gave us a couple free bottles so we were great. Here’s some pics of today. Finally my last wedding!

It’s great to see how different families come together and just blend.

Yesterday, I went to see the movie SEX IN THE CITY. I waited a few days until the crowds simmered down even though the anticipation was killing me. 

My best friend got us tickets to the flyist movie theatre I’ve ever been to. We were in reclining seats, sipped on martinis and were served lobster rolls while watching the movie. Who woulda thought movie theatres would come this far. Did I mention that they brought us blankets and pillows? How cozy… 🙂

I loved the movie, despite what people have said. I heard, it wasn’t as good as the last one, it was too long, etc. WHAT? It could go on for hours and my eyes would be glued to the screen.

I loved everything about the movie because I was able to relate. Marriage is hard and having children is also hard. But, at the end of the day when you knock out all the kinks it’s wonderful and worth every bit of effort.

For those that are always looking for something wrong and don’t appreciate the growth in Sex in the City 2, they should just stick to watching part 1. Personally, I loved it and always promote growth and change!!!

Tip: Change is good.:)

Headed out for a couple of days so I won’t bee back until next week. Been trying to learn how to optimize my photos so they won’t take so long to load. I switched from Nikon to Cannon and the images are really big.

I had such a busy weekend, but I got everything done and it’s over. Ever had one of those weekend’s and thought I can’t wait until Monday.?? I’ll be so busy for the next month working and traveling so excuse me if I neglect my site.:(

I’ve been getting  e-mails from some young ladies in college. I say this to them and anyone else having a tough time finding themself stay true to who you are and never change for anyone. People will respect you in the long run and you’ll have kept your identity. I know it get’s tough sometimes but hang in there time flies….(school comes first).
