chicken philly recipe
My husband loves chicken philly sandwiches so you know I had to try to recreate it for him. Here’s what we came up with together. It was simple and easy.
What you’ll need:
Chicken breast seasoned well and sliced, avocados, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo, cheese and onions.
Slice the onion thinly and add to the chicken. Cook the chicken, grill the bun and add cheese tomatoes, lettuce and avocado. 
Or you can put your chicken on top of the pan and sprinkle cheese on top until it’s melted, add bun on top to warm it up, us the plate to flip it. Then add lettuce, tomato and avocado to your liking. Wrap in foil (to keep it together), cut in half, serve with chips or smothered potatoes (requested by my family) and you are all done!

Flattering Bathing Suit
Vacation time is coming and bathing suits are always a struggle for me. I’m not totally confident with my body when it comes to showing it off wearing practically nothing, so when I see a flattering one-piece I get excited. This Tory Burch one piece bathing suit made me feel so polished. It slims the waist, flattens the tummy, and although it’s a one-piece it still has a bit of sexy-ness to it. Exactly what I needed.

flower arrangements
Another thing as many of you know already is that I love fresh flowers. They make your house so beautiful. They also make you smile just to see them and is really relaxing when you put your own arrangement together. Here I used a vase I had in my bathroom, taken the top off and placed them in. Love being creative even if’s it’s not perfect.

There is too much light inside of me to wear black all the time, furthermore color looks better on my complexion. Color just makes me happy. I love this two piece set from Lush. Tank dresses are simple, easy and inexpensive. They are perfect for those day when you have nothing to wear (exactly how I was feeling) and don’t have time to put too much though into what you’re going to wear. Quick yet put together. Pair it with a simple heels or wedges and you are ready for what ever.

We all have flaws and make mistakes, sometimes we get off track for years at a time. This is why it is very important to surround yourself with love, people who know your core, people who know your heart and people who you can trust. It is essential in life to keep going furthermore none of us can do it alone. Life is so hard and so many things try to attack you in different ways and if you aren’t strong you will break. When you see someone you love going through something that’s causing them to not be themselves it can hurt your heart because you want the best for your loved ones. You want them to be happy and fulfilled, but sometimes you have to let them be, pray for them and they will come out of it because they have great friends and family to be their strength.
It feels great when you know the people around you have your best interest at heart and aren’t always judging you. Which one of us is perfect. Also if you’re in the stages of choosing friends or anyone you want to surround yourself with, pay attention closely. If they talk about the person they were just smiling with, they’ll do it to you. They are not loyal.
Keep good people around you that will uplift you and will believe in you. I know all of us are going through something in different ways. Some chose to handle it by taking it out on others, some get put in a mental institution and some just talk about people and put others down so they can take the focus themselves. Either way we are all hurting inside in some type of way. Focus on your good and constantly work on it. If you get off track put yourself in check or I’m sure the beautiful people who you surround yourself with will notice and do it for you. You will trust what they say because you know they’ve always had your back. xoxo

Gucci Cross Shoulder Bag
Hope you guys had a great Easter! If you follow me on instagram (@majormusthaves) you’ll see that I was a bit indecisive on what Gucci cross shoulder bag to get. My dream was to get this Chanel (here) style. I ended up with a more affordable and practical bag. I’ll be wearing it on the many road trips and summer vacations planned with my family.
